The Devon Youth Games event has taken place every year for over 15
years and involved the recruitment, training and involvement of over 1000 young
people who are under County Standard or may not have yet experienced sport or
activity within a club, competition or pathway through their school or local
community sports clubs.
Trials will be available in your area, and organised by either your
Local Authority or School Sports Partnership. If you are interested in trying out for the games please visit the website www.teignbridge.gov.uk/dyg which has all trials details for the different events including athletics, cricket, gymnastics and netball.
